AMP Raises Dollars

Hot Dog Fundraiser October 26th

AMP Student Ministries is raising money for Speed-the-Light, which creates missions awareness among our youth. STL provides vehicles, sound, technology, and computer equipment and other materials for our missionaries.

Each Wednesday Family Night of September you can purchase nachos to help the cause. During the month of October, plan to buy Otter Pops on Sundays and Wednesdays. And then on Sunday, October 26th, following the worship service, stay for the Hot Dog Bar. There will be tons of toppings. You get a hot dog, chips and drinks for $3.00. It's the best deal in town! Purchase your tickets early. You may buy them this Sunday in the lobby.

Teen Challenge Choir at BFA

Missions Experience October 12 & 19

As part of our Missions Experience we are thrilled to host the Teen Challenge Choir on Sunday, October 12th at 10:00 a.m. for one service only.

On this morning, we will also have Chi Alpha Missionaries Shawn and Jodi Banzhaf who serve at ASU West, a self-contained campus that has over 9,000 students.

Stay after service for our All-American Luncheon. On October 12th both ministries are based in America. Bring American foods as we focus on U.S. Missions. Then the next Sunday, October 19th, we will focus on World Missions and hold our annual Faith Promise Rally. Be much in prayer!

BFA Harvest Fest

Family Fun in a Safe Setting

We are seeking volunteers to help with our outreach this Halloween. The BFA Harvest Fest will be held on Friday, October 31st. It is a wonderful opportunity for our church to provide a safe event for children, since the City of Buckeye's event will be the previous Saturday.

We need:

  • Donated bags of wrapped candy
  • Your car to use for TRUNK or TREAT
  • Individuals to operate and build game booths
  • Prayer Team members

Please see Kim Brees to get involved.

The Human Right

Campaign continues focus on rights this Sunday

The Human Right. The greatest human right is to know Jesus. So far, Pastor Keith has sharedmessages about the goal of providing clean drinking water, and stopping human trafficking. Join us this Sunday for updates on how we will be involved as a church. This week's message centers on compassion for victims of sickness. The greatest human right is the right to salvation. "Some people accepted him and put their faith in him. So he gave them the right to be the children of God" (John 1:12). The Human Right. This series helps us FIND PURPOSE IN CHRIST AND SHARE.

Sundays: September 21 and 28 @ 10:00 a.m.

This Sunday, you can still purchase your The Human Right T-Shirt and pledge to wear it to raise awareness. Join many of your brothers and sisters at BFA who are sporting the T all month long. (Some of you may need to wash yours, LOL.) The cost is $10.00. We'll have extras on hand in the lobby.

The greatest injustice in the world is when people die without a chance to know Jesus
